Support creation of deltacloud and image factory instances #2

Right now, bootstrap.sh relies on deltacloud, image factory and image warehouse already being set up. We should support creating local upstream deltacloud and image factory instances if desired (but not image warehouse since that is going away). We may also want to support installing certain branches rather just upstream of deltacloud and image factory.

Might want to just call out to: https://github.com/mifo/deltacloud-dev-tools for deltacloud-core. (Note, we might wanna wait on resolution of https://github.com/mifo/deltacloud-dev-tools/issues/1 first though.)

Deltacloud is currently supported in bootstrap.sh but imagefactory is not. Closing in favor of #31 .
