Describe the bug
Resume - When we upload more than 5 MB file, wrong validation message displayed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/jobs/job_applies/16/need-c-developer

Overall Getlancer
Log in as a freelancer (aisha / agriya)
Go to browse jobs.
Submit your resume - Need single space between the "Resume and mandatory symbol".
Submit your resume - When we upload more than 5 mb file, wrong validation message displayed.
