got it thanks , there is little movement into the results now , i think we need a prompt structure of some sort , the examples do shed some light on that , but it would be nice to have a structure , i will brute force as much as i can .

Same question. I set the video resolution to be the same as the picture resolution, but there is still the same problem.

suggest to choose "Resize to the Start Image", because the resolution not match your model.
