CF challenge cookie isn't refreshed after expiration #627

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open the console
  2. use a managed wallet
  3. leave it open for several hours till the cookie expires
  4. try to perform a tx signing action (e.g. create/deposit/close a deployment)
  5. observe dev tools networks

✅ EXR: the request is successful
❌ ACR: the request fails with 403 silently
