I just check out your great work entiltled "Somatic mutation distributions in cancer genomes vary with three-dimensional chromatin structure".
Would you like to explain how you analyze the fig.1g?

Hi,
Would you like to learn about fig 1a or 1g?
For 1a, you can use MutationAggregate.py file, for 1g, I'd need to upload a code for generating the random sites.

Sure. I will share a code soon.
Briefly, I shuffle genomic regions with pybedtools and plot the observed vs expected numbers.
