"Request failed with status code 500"

Good day,

I have such a problem, I can't upload a file to Hammond.

It worked for me before (see screenshot), it's not no. It gives me the error "Request failed with status code 500".
• I reduced the size of the .pdf file to 600 KB - it did not help
• I restarted the Hammond container via Docker - it didn't help
• Docker is at version 20.10.3 - 1306

A normal entry can be made, a correction can also be made in the entry, but it is not possible to add a document.

Don't know where the problem is? I can't find a description of the 500 error anywhere.
