Add Heating / Cooling Energy counter [kWh]

Feature Request: Add Energy Meters for Heating and Cooling

• DeliveredEnergy_Heating [kWh]
• DeliveredEnergy_Cooling [kWh]

These counters would function as traditional energy counters, continuously increasing over time. The primary purpose of these meters is to track the energy delivered for heating and cooling over various timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).

This feature would enable detailed tracking and analysis, particularly useful for visualizing Heating Degree Days (HDD) graphs.
