Large icons need larger items when vertical

On a vertical panel if the icon size is large, the icons overlap each other:

Increasing the space between items makes it a bit better but the top item is still cut off:

It would be nice if the item height matched the larger icons.

This is fixed in the color-overhaul branch I believe, it's just not merged to master because I fixed it on the wrong branch and need to finish that project before it can be merged.
