[bug] Precompiled Meshroom can not be downloaded #2611

The link from the Releases https://github.com/alicevision/Meshroom/releases pointing to Linux precompiled libraries https://www.fosshub.com/Meshroom.html?dwl=Meshroom-2023.3.0-linux.tar.gz does not work. It is redirected to https://download.fosshub.com/Protected/expiretime=1733031929;badurl=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZm9zc2h1Yi5jb20vTWVzaHJvb20uaHRtbA==/db14ffa5063d8830b30837023717cbafbc66770fea1e9accca72601561951a1e/5c6fe99776dd983e3dec2213/6568cbfc22a91d967c92b86e/Meshroom-2023.3.0-linux.tar.gz and all we see is the forbidden server response

It´s working for me right now. You can use the Github download in the meantime https://github.com/alicevision/Meshroom/releases/tag/v2023.3.0
