file: Video Decoder API.pdf
chapter: 3.1.3 InitializeVideoDecoder()
issue: the field of parameter VideoStreamInfo has no comment.
the pdf document said that. let me refer "第6节附录部分的"视频初始化信息设置",
I can not find more document.
could you help me?
