Remove all precompiled binary from the tree which contain LGPL code and can not be compiled from source

Please remove the current precompiled binaries libvdecoder.so and libvencoder.so from the tree, and make sure it can be rebuilt from the supplied sources.

Those files have been moved out of this repository.

These binaries also needs to be removed from allwinner-zh/media-codec-lib repository until Allwinner provide the full source code which is now required as they contain LGPL licenced code.
