Get Babel to recieve AFL packets #27

AFL is playing babel packets into babel ports but it does not seem to be actually talking to Babel

Tricks to try

make sure that babel logs input packets so you can see if they are being received at all
look into the AFL code and how exactly it decides where to send packets, perhaps hardcode a fe80 address for babel in it's netnamespace so that AFL simulates a babel instead in a different namespace sending packets
carefully determine by looking at babel code what state the test packets need to be in to not get dropped by babel
