Currently, one needs to

$ wget https://github.com/ambuda-org/vidyut-py/releases/download/0.3.0/data-0.3.0.zip
$ unzip data-0.3.0.zip

But this implies knowing the latest data version, remembering these commands etc..

One should be able to pip install the latest data with the package (being the most common use case).
