Feature Request: Placeholders doesn't include the spectator count.

%bw1058_group_count_group% only returns the number of players alive in the arena group, and doesn't include the count of spectators.

Example:
There are 16 players in a duo arena, but 6 are already dead and spectating, 10 players are remaining. Then, %bw1058_group_count_duo% returns 10.
