Add parents functionality to improve monitoring accuracy

At present there are two kinds of 'parent' hosts: switches and virtual machine farms. The topology of the former may be collected and stored in nagios configs dynamically, the latter should be specified in main config file. In addition this would allow more accurate checking for a number and IDs of running VMs on such farms.
