You're right but I cannot change it as I'm not the owner of the repository. The URL should be:

I've assigned the issue to him, so he should have received an email notification.
BTW, the reason for creating new Redmine plugin Custom Workflows plug-in was that I was not allowed to update the original one and @anteo was not responding.

So why not fork the github repo too ?

If you fork it, there is no issue module. It has seemed to me better to continue in the original repository.
