skywalking-agent/activations/apm-toolkit-logging-common-9.3.0.jar loaded.

This seems more likely a new version support for newer log4j2 in Spring, rather than bugs.
If you are willing to contribute codes, you should check the class, which was converted incorrect. It should be changed from our compiled version(toolkit lib)

I's my fault. Start the app from shell is ok. Just start the app with IDEA will get this error.

Agent sometimes got confilcts with ide debug run. Ide debug is powered by a kind of agent tech as well.
