feat: report multiple action results

Some libraries might want to apply GH action multiple times for various implementations (e.g. code first, idiomatic code first, schema first). While you can trigger action multiple times, current comment logic will always try to update the same comment - so if you have 2 jobs, your comment will always show the results of the job that finished second.

It would be great if action could be customized to apply separate comments per different workflows.
