Determine Terms of Use

Some of the case studies have their own Terms of Use that we probably need to include in the individual case study.

We should also think about what Terms of Use that we want to add to the overall AE site itself, including a write-up on our Creative License. This may exist somewhere so best to ask @nsbatra about it.

Also need to discuss if Terms of Use should be 'buried' in the Instructions page (needs renaming), or if it should be on the Index page.
