EpiLPS (https://epilps.com/) is an R package providing state-of-the art methodological advancements in statistical modeling of infectious diseases. It can be used for estimating key epidemiological quantities (e.g. incubation period, serial interval, time-varying reproduction number) and for nowcasting. It nicely aligns with "The Epidemiologist R Handbook" for a content contribution.
