Would be nice to improve author hit highlighting

From rc1 PR:

Searching for 'tao', the highlighting was on the field name 'author:'
not on the text that resulted in the hit.

This is because we are using many fields related to authors to generate hits, and so highlighting is complicated. But we can probably fix this in the future.

Related but possibly out of scope, some other arxiv pages link to author search results without quotes, that may cause more relevant results to show up further down the page
