Since starting our community calls, there's been growing interest in our project. A good next step is to start creating an onboarding sequence and cadence for new and interested contributors to more easily plug into our ecosystem.

Basic Steps:

  • Brief
  • Research
  • draft outline
  • Create slides
  • Review with team
  • event creation
  • promote event (test)
  • refine

Research:

  • Open Austin onboarding - Previously ran this + attended the updated version
  • Hack for LA onboarding - attending January 6th (Here)
