READMEに書くべきこと: インストール前に、このソフトウェアが何であるか説明する文書。
Helpに書くべここと: （すでにインストールされた後）使い方を知るための文書。

「カスタムが容易なように作ってます」ということはREADMEに書く。
「具体的にどういう手順でカスタムできます」ということはHelpに書く。
