Clean up Lingo Controlled Lists #206

  • Concept nodes that were modeling without a corresponding collection were assigned the PLACEHOLDER controlled list. These nodes are enumerated here by ??? and in this screenshot of the Controlled List Manager in Lingo.

  • Languages uses a combination of proper prefLabels and language codes - the Migrate to Lingo ETL process will need to be updated to account for use of just prefLabels
  • Statuteses is a typo
  • All list items need proper URI's
  • Question: Should we differentiate all lists used by Lingo with some prefix or suffix so future Arches admins know not to fiddle with those lists?

That would help alleviate the edge case I noted here.
