[Forge+FabricLike 1.19.4] Build failed because of quilt configuring #263

I cannot build 1.19.4 Forge + FabricLike project

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download a Forge+FabricLike 1.19.4 project from https://generate.architectury.dev/
  2. Build it
  3. It failed

It's unable to build in both Architectury Loom 1.7 and 1.9(with gradle 8.11)

Log(Architectury Loom 1.9):

Cause: fabric-particles-v1.accesswidener

I promise this bug is not a bug of fabric because it didn't happen when I use an empty fabric template.
