Streaming over UDP?

Is there a way to stream audio over UDP using ffmpeg-kit? If so, how can I achieve this, where to start and where to look?
In my case, I need live audio streaming, in one local network (Wi-Fi), with a low latency from one device (ex. Android) to another (ex. tvOS). Any hints/links in this direction would be appreciated. Maybe UDP not what I need to looking for or maybe FFmpeg for that case are overhead.

Perhaps I was too hasty with the question. This documentation mainly answers the question about UDP protocol support. But what about live streaming?
