Well I have experimented a lot with themes and its not stable.. thats why i just added one Dark and One light theme.

Yep. It's enough. But it doesn't detect my host os theme. in flatpak at least.

Is there any specific theme you are using.. I can test that and show how it looks

I'm not sure how its done natively on linux systems. but we are talking about dark/light preferred config, what even browser can do https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-color-scheme

I mean, I use dark theme, but every time I reopen app, it flashbangs me)

Are you installing via Flatpak or installing via Github ... Also is your desktop Gnome or KDE or others ? if you are installing via github instruction and your desktop in Gnome with dark theme enabled it should automatically open the application with Dark theme..
