Hi, everyone, my demultiplexed files contain i1 with 8nt and i2 with 16nt. However, I can not get the Molecular barcode for my reads when I individually run the umitag step. Is there anyone having the same issue? How do you solve it? Actually, when I opened the demultiplexed files, I see there are indeed UMIs according to i2 for my reads.
Hope someone can help me.
