Hi,

get_sequence_for_meme.py tries to extract coordinates from the columns "r1_from", "r1_to", "r2_from", "r2_to" of the input file which is the table generated by RILseq_significant_regions.py. These columns are not existent in the output file of RILseq_significant_regions.py or have different names.
