[improvements] curate wasm parser versions on playground

Currently we don't have parser versions on ast-grep playground. We need a way to build wasm file automatically and create a GH PR to update it.

Note most tree-sitter parsers have npm packages with prebuilt wasm. playground can take advantage of these crates.
