Complete auctioneer deployment on testnet #31

We need to complete the auctioneer deployment on testnet. This involves the following steps:

  1. Deploy the auctioneer node
  2. Deploy the optimistic sequencer node
  3. Deploy the auctioneer flame node
  4. Update the main flame node to include changes w.r.t unwrapping Allocations sent by auctioneer.

We currently have done the following:

  1. Deployed the auctioneer node
  2. Deployed the optimistic sequencer node
  3. Deploy the auctioneer flame node

We will be updating the auctioneer node, optimistic sequencer node and auctioneer flame node with the latest code.
We are yet to update the main flame node.
