Lukasz, Ace, Maya, and Thulie discussed the new conference website, how to improve it, and things to consider during conference planning.

They also agreed that the Conference Community Call should be a bi-weekly meeting on Wednesday at 2 pm UTC.

They spoke about the bus factor and the importance of creating a checklist later on, resulting in the creation of a working group.
