This happens when running gulp watch

@Thanood - is this a consequence of using different tsc.exe than you do? I have 2.2.1.

There are two compileOnSave set.

This one is wrong:
https://github.com/aurelia-ui-toolkits/carmel-fe/blob/master/tsconfig.json#L12
