Multiplayer against robots - Random Crash Black Screen of Death (BSOD)

When playing on any map, sometimes the game runs OK but pretty much all the times, it crashes, black screen and a hard reboot is required.

I submitted my issue on Steam and I hoped this could maybe solve the issue, but it does not..

Specs: Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme 6 Gb, AMD Ryzen 3600, 16 Gb RAM, HDD-Samsung 980 Pro 1Tb

Hey, can you test with h1-mod and provide the crash dump along with this issue?

I had deleted it because I thought this was dead and noone followed up. I am re-downloading it from Steam and will apply h1-mod and supply you with the crash dump. Would you be so kind as to tell me where the crash dump is being saved.

I re-ran the multiplayer game, cancelled twice the popups when first booting. Black Screen at character screen, never got to start a game. BUT, I managed to get THIS error message. Sorry if it's in french, I'm from Quebec/Canada ;)

there is a chance you have bad game localization files, or redists. try a english version of the game, and then install redists from here

Not too sure about the BAT file but, the game crashes with or without the mod. I was just hoping that the mod wuld solve the crashing issue which it did not.

that error seems to display completely invalid information. the first parameter of Create2DTexture is the image, but it looks like yours is the function (or maybe that is the image name, so the intro is failing for you)
maybe you have a folder that's read-only with assets, or you're missing the .bik videos needed?
