Feature-request: placeholder product versions should only be created if no product version is specified

Right now, Service Catalog Factory creates a place holder version for every product registered to the catalog as a product must have at least one version.
This behaviour also applies if you provide a product version with your product which results in the placeholder version not being required.

Please add a feature that it's checked first if a product version is included with the product before the placeholder version is created.
