evaluate(Solve) fails sometimes

I have a very strange problem with evaluate(Solve(...)) function - it fails for some variables.
This is the example that fails. If I replace F1 with F2, it works as expected:

            ExprEvaluator util2 = new ExprEvaluator();
            util2.defineVariable("ANS", 5);
            double dd = util2.evaluate("Solve(ANS==F1*2, F1)[[1]]").getAt(1).getAt(2).evalDouble();

The exception is:

org.matheclipse.core.eval.exception.WrongArgumentType: The function: Solve(False,3.185249115870729) has wrong argument 3.185249115870729 at position:2:
Symbol expected!

Is there a cache that needs to be reset? Why am I getting an exception about 3.185249?

            ExprEvaluator util2 = new ExprEvaluator();
            util2.defineVariable("ANS", 5);
            util2.evaluate("F1"); //returns 3.1852491158

Can you try a util2.evaluate("Clear(F1)"); before calling Solve.
