linux-5.10.83-armv7-lpae-x58.defconfig is based https://github.com/RobertCNelson/armv7-lpae-multiplatform/tree/5.10.83-armv7-lpae-x58 linux configuration.

The configuration is not only for stm32mp157c_odyssey, but also for other boards.
It is not specific to Nerves, it also contains unnecessary configs.

So, if we can remove them, we should be able to reduce the firmware size.
