[Wallet] Add testnet-5 to chain-registry #186

Some of the cosmos wallets rely on the https://www.npmjs.com/package/chain-registry for automatically adding networks.
The chain data are synced from https://github.com/cosmology-tech/chain-registry/tree/main/v1/packages/chain-registry where we already have a testnet directory, but it's pointing to the legacy one.
