Was Sprout Forms for Craft 5 ever completed? The documentation mentions "major updates" for Sprout Forms for Craft 5 and to read the upgrade guide, but I'm not finding the upgrade guide anywhere. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction?

We've reached a point with our website where we either have to build out this functionality ourselves with native functionality or another plugin, or get Sprout Forms working for Craft 5, and we would much rather just use Sprout Forms considering its what we already have in place.
