Exportdata is not working

I upgraded sitecore to version 10.3.1 and also Sitecore Form Extensions but when I tried to exportdata to csv file, it gives me an error 500. on this /sitecore/api/ssc/forms/exportdata?formId=%7B1D34DF35-1F25-4733-A3C4-481CB9E9CB4D%7D&isDateRange=false&timeZoneOffset=5&IsLocalTime=false&token=1704378734950.
I don't see any error on the logs.
