Just opening a few tickets to organise discussion points.
First one: Should we submit the paper somewhere, or just stick with arXiv? Someone mentioned JMLR MLOSS to me once, which I think might not be a bad idea, but I'm not too familiar with it: http://jmlr.csail.mit.edu/mloss/. Any other options?

I think arXiv is okay as long as we have something out for NIPS. I've heard Yoshua and Aaron discuss about the state of publishing papers in machine learning and the community appears more and more comfortable with publishing and citing papers on arXiv (a recent example would be DRAW).
We can later turn that into a journal paper if we want.
