Preconditioning / Battery heating triggering charge

Describe the bug
While connected to a charger and activating preconditioning (with or without battery heating) the teslalogger will log a charge. This charges all only appeared in the timeline, not in the charging history) but preconidtioning was always under 5 minutes.

To Reproduce
Plug in the car, set charging level way under SOC. Activate preconditioning.

Expected behavior
Not counting preconditioning to charging. But technically the car is only using the wallplug to preheat without adding to the battery.
