The following tasks need to be done to perform the oncodrive3D code-review before it's publication:

check create dataset step
- check efficiency, consistency, correctness
run with a cohort
implement packaging with uv
clean up code
splitting (add optional dependancy for plotting and diagnostic)

ideally done before the end of january
