I recently installed OncodriveFML, using conda (conda install -c bbglab oncodrivefml ) but I encountered an error while running the example datasets at this step:
2024-10-30 20:53:24 oncodrivefml INFO -- Building regions tree
Here’s the error message:
Do you have any insights on what might be causing this?

Hi, thanks for reporting,

could you install the pip package instead of the conda. OncodriveFML should be 2.4.0, while the conda package is 2.2.0.

See if this solves the problem.
Thanks
