Skeletons to use as placeholders when a page is loading.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add skeletons for several common components and shapes: buttons, rectangles for text, rectangular icons, circular icons, form elements etc.
  • A skeleton should be easily customizable in size and color to fit parts of a design we haven't thought of.
