Translating BMM Fra Kåre titles

The current version of the BMM Upload tool does not support to translate the Fra Kåre titles. This functionality has been removed with #23

This issue is here to keep in mind that we miss a solution for this right now.

Just an idea from my side: When it is too complicated to implement, it might be a good idea to do the translation via a automated Crowdin integration for BMM. I think the benefit would be that the translation happens then in the tool where people usually translate text and more people would use Crowdin (-> leading maybe to a faster translation time of new texts).
