Describe the Bug
404 message is unclear when user goes to https://sims.studentaidbc.ca instead of https://sims.studentaidbc.ca/student/login

Expected Behaviour
404 Message that lets people know that the SIMS website is at a different location

Actual Behaviour
Page Note Found 404

  2. Note the page

Can be a nice landing page for all external user logins / 404 page handling. Considered MVP for volume and potential confusion.
