When adding a pool, the setting for DIFFICULTY doesn't seem to have any effect on the pool difficulty. Is this setting meant to set a fixed difficulty or a starting difficulty? If the latter, then it is not of much use. If the former, is this function fully implemented or am doing something wrong? I am using macOS version, and I have tried different pools.
