I think I've hacked on this enough lately. There aren't really any user-visible changes. A lot of the changes are because I wanted to get familiar with some of the modern C++11 bits as well as tidy the code a bit. My guess is that there aren't many people playing terminal games these days. :'-(

Why not? To celebrate moving from sf.net to github.com, tidying up the repository, and repairing Makefile, lets do a grand version bump!
