Description

This ticket is to provide updates on all the on-call support provided for any mission. The updates will include details of the support provided, issues resolved, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement.

Goals

  • Document instances of on-call support provided for missions.
  • Highlight key issues addressed and their resolutions.
  • Record challenges encountered during support and steps taken to overcome them.
  • Provide recommendations for improving on-call support processes.

Expected Outcome

  • A comprehensive record of on-call support activities.
  • Improved clarity on the nature and scope of tech support provided for missions.
